St. James Parish Government, Department of Human Resources, Community Action Agency has received additional funding for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) FY2022 Cooling Allocation to help pay energy bills. Low-income residents may be eligible for the FY22 Cooling benefit if they have not previously received a FY22 Cooling benefit this year. LIHEAP is a federally funded program administered by St. James Parish Government, made available to St. James Parish through the Louisiana Housing Corporation.
