With the recent release of Fourth Quarter 2022 data, the Port of South Louisiana (PortSL) is excited to report it saw an annual increase in tonnage of nearly 10 million short tons of cargo.
The St. James Lady Wildcat Basketball team is headed for the State Division III playoffs that begin this week. The LHSAA will announce the playoff pairings for all non-select Division teams on Monday of this week. The first-round Division III bi-district playoff round is scheduled to be played Thursday, Feb. 16 with the winner advancing to the regional round on Monday, Feb. 20. Regional winners advance to the quarterfinals on Thursday, Feb. 23.
