The Lutcher Bulldog baseball team and head coach Ryan Jensen are off to a hot start to the 2021 season as the Bulldogs swept last week’s competition to improve their overall record to 7-1.
Mrs. Allie’s Pre-K class at St. Peter Chanel School, celebrated Dr. Seuss’s birthday in March. After listening to one of Dr. Seuss’s best known stories, Green Eggs and Ham, the students created hats, played rhyming games, and enjoyed a snack of green eggs and ham. It was a fun morning honoring the American children’s author and illustrator.
The Lutcher Lady Bulldog softball team captured its fifth win of the season after shutting out the Thibodaux Lady Tigers last week by a 9-0 score.
The St. James Lady Wildcat Softball team used a 15-run burst in the second inning to claim a convincing 23-2 victory over East St. John.
