A St. James Parish Jury, on January 26, 2022, found 40-year-old Justin Stout of 3395 Tupelo Lane Paulina, LA guilty of Battery of a Police Officer with Injury.
The Louisiana Department of Transportation & Development (LADOTD) recently announced that St. James Parish will benefit from the state’s Congestion Mitigation and Safety program as a left-turn lane will soon be installed at the intersection of LA 3125 and North King Avenue in Lutcher.
