Members of the St. James Parish NAACP Chapter #6315 attended the Power Mobilization and Redistricting Advocacy Conference at the Hilton Hotel Capital Center on Tuesday and Wednesday with over 250 attendees present. This conference defined our community boundaries and elaborate support or opposition to proposed maps.
