St. James Parish Council Chairwoman Vondra Etienne-Steib said Wednesday she expects that the Parish employee in the Parish Utilities Office, whom she spoke to on the phone, will be reprimanded.
The St. James Parish Sheriff’s Office reports that on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at approximately 11:41 p.m. deputies responded to a report of a shooting that occurred on Lionel Washington Street in Lutcher.
