Paulina’s own Wayne “Weasel’ Troxclair, who has been bass fishing more than roughly 40-years, caught and landed this 10.95-pound lunker largemouth bass last Friday, April 11th, in Toledo Bend.
HAPPY EASTER: It’s Holy Week, my favorite time of the year. I love the pageantry of the Holy Week celebrations beginning with Palm Sunday and continuing through to Easter Sunday. The climax of the Easter services happens on Saturday evening starting at sundown or eight o’clock. This year at my church we are welcoming seven adults into the Catholic Church as new members. We were together in retreat Sunday afternoon and I am so very proud of all of them. The number of people returning to or joining the Catholic church is the highest it has been in many years. This year there are 17,000 entering the Church in France alone. What an exciting time of year. I saw on television a fast and easy way to dye marshmallows that I am hoping to try. All you must do is mix food coloring in water and then dip a fluffy white marshmallow for about two or three seconds. Let them dry out and enjoy a snack.
Before leaving for a speaking engagement, I gathered a pitcher, basin, and two towels and put them in a bag.
