Dolores “Poochie” Oubre, a native of Paulina, Louisiana and a resident of Metairie, Louisiana for the past 6 years passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. On Monday, May 17, 2021 at the age of 78, Dolores entered into our Lords Heavenly Kingdom after a lengthy battle with Alzheimers.
The family of Roland “Bubby” Guidry is saddened to announce his passing on May 18, 2021 at the age of 69 from complications of lung cancer. Born on November 30, 1951 in Lutcher, Louisiana, he is survived by his beloved daughter, Elizabeth McNeill; and granddaughters, Laurel and Abbygail; sister, Donna Erceg (Jerry); and brother, Reggie Guidry. He also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Jean Donadieu, a native of Gramercy, passed away at his home on May 18, 2021 at the age of 79.
Nell White Cox Collier, a native of Pelham, Georgia and a resident of Gramercy, Louisiana, passed away on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at the age of 81.
On May 9, 2021, Marie Leatrice Landry Luminais passed away at the age of 92. “Lee” as she was known by everyone, was born February 28, 1929. She married Carlton James Luminais on July 1948 and they raised four children. Lee was a talented seamstress, excellent cook and a gifted baker and candy maker. She was also an exceptional wife and homemaker.
