Micah Waguespack, a student at Lutcher High School was named a National Samsung Scholar by the American Legion’s Louisiana Boys State Program.
The Lutcher Lady Bulldog Volleyball team split a pair of matches after defeating Central LaFourche and losing to Dutchtown in a pair of non-district matches.
Congratulations to Kidz Kave II, St. James Parish’s newest Early Learning Center, on their Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting. Located at 800 N. Airline Avenue in Gramercy, Louisiana, Kidz Kave II is dedicated to providing high-quality childcare and early education for children ages 6 weeks to 16 years.
The SJP Retired Teachers closed out the 2024 fiscal year in August 2025. This past year the association has been honored to have OXY CHEM and KOCH METHANOL sponsor our meals and present power points about their operations. The power points were very informative. We thank them for their continued support and look forward to working with them in the future.
