The St. James Parish Tour of Restaurants continues, and this week we are featuring PJ’s Coffee of Lutcher. PJ’s of Lutcher is owned by Aaron and Nicole Tregre, and Troy and Stacey Roussel. The business started slightly differently than most. When an annual trip to see a baseball game got changed at the last minute due to COVID-19, these four neighbors went to an AirBNB in Abita Springs to relax and dream about what the future could be.
