The Winbush- Chriswell Scholarship Foundation’s Board is happy to announce that Kailey Brooks, a Lutcher High School Graduate has been named the 33rd recipient of its $600 academic scholarship. She plans on attending Nicholls State University in the fall. Kailey, who resides in Gramercy, is the proud daughter of Donyelle Jimenez and Keith Brooks.
