St. James Parish Hospital recently welcomed Abigail Lejeune, SHRM-SCP, as the hospital’s new Director of Human Resources. Abigail brings over a decade of experience to the hospital’s leadership team.
The River Region Chamber has experienced a series of milestones since the beginning of the year, with more exciting developments on the horizon. Despite an unexpected change in guest speakers for our first quarterly general membership meeting, Marie Centanni stepped in to provide valuable information about LABI's LA23 program and the organization's future plans. Meanwhile, Jay Robichaux, the Chamber Staff, and our Volunteer Team successfully executed the Chamber's first major event, setting a high standard for future gatherings.
St. James Parish Department of Human Resources – Community Action Agency, in coordination with Southeast Louisiana Legal Services (SLLS,) will be hosting free legal workshops in St James Parish for seniors and their families. The workshops are open to all individuals in St James Parish who are 60 years of age or older, as well as their caregivers.
St. James Parish and the Keep St. James Parish Beautiful Board are pleased to announce that they will be hosting their annual Parish-Wide Cleanup Day on Earth Day, April 22, 2023.
