Club Social 25 awards its second annual scholarships. Jahmal Bailey, Jr. is the recipient of the Vocational Technical School Scholarship in August 2021. Jahmal is a resident of Edgard, LA. He will be attending River Parishes Community College, Reserve, LA. He is the son of Genice Stipe and Jahmal Bailey, Sr.
St. James Parish Government, Department of Human Resources, Community Action Agency along with the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank will distribute commodities to eligible families and individuals in St. James Parish on July 26, 2021, and July 27, 2021.
