Kami Hymel Captures LA Queen Sugar Title

On September 23rd the 2023 Miss St. James Parish Queen, Kami Hymel, won the 80th Louisiana State Sugar Queen title in New Iberia. Many of her family and friends were there to witness this joyous occasion with her and were overjoyed when she won! Miss Iberia Parish, Lauralee Guidry won 1st maid, Miss St. Charles Parish, Alexis Pradat won 2nd maid, Miss St. Mary Parish, Addie Lovell won Miss Congeniality, and Miss Lafayette Parish, Gracie Pippin won People’s Choice.
