Six-year old Does His Part To Fight Litter Bugs
Cooper Francis Rougee was recently honored by the St. James Parish Council for taking the initiative to clean up litter at the Lutcher Park. A six-year old entering the first grade at Paulina Elementary, Cooper decided to clean up all the litter he saw at doing community service, he enjoys outdoor activities and sports, including swimming, baseball, and football. He is also very caring, light-hearted and intelligent.
