The defending state champion Lutcher Lady Bulldog softball team’s dream of going back to back was not meant to be as the North DeSoto Griffins beat the Lady ‘Dogs 9-2 in the Division II non-select semifinal playoff contest played last Saturday at the North Frasch Softball complex in Sulphur, LA.
