The Lutcher High Lady Bulldog softball team split a pair of nondistrict games last week as they easily beat Destrehan 11-1, but were taken down by Riverside Academy by a score of 18-8.
Last Friday, the Lutcher Bulldogs came out on top in a high scoring game against the Doyle High Fighting Tigers 16-10 in a non-district contest played at Bulldog Field.
The Lutcher High Lady Bulldog softball team was busy last week as they played four games and when it was all said and done the Lady ‘Dogs won two and lost two.
The Lutcher Bulldog baseball team finished last week on a winning note as they defeated Albany 3-0 and Episcopal 10-0, but came up short to St. Charles Catholic 8-2.
Last Wednesday, the Lady Bulldogs softball team defeated St. Charles Catholic 5-4 in dramatic fashion as the game came down to the very last play at the plate.
