St James Parish Hospital announces the retirement of Frannie Waguespack, Nurse Practitioner. Frannie has served as a nurse practitioner for 40 years, touching many lives throughout her tenure.
St. James Parish Hospital is continuing work to complete posthurricane repairs. Phase I repairs temporarily rerouted entry into the hospital’s Urgent Care and Therapy Center. Phase I repairs should be completed this week. Upon completion of Phase I repairs, the doors to the new entrance of the Medical Plaza addition will reopen and Urgent Care and Therapy Center patients can enter as usual.
Those words were exchanged by a recent act of kindness provided by Aggie Williams, Community Coordinator / HC3, Nat Jones Community Activist and TiAngela Al'Amin, Community Advocate, as they presented Shakeila Bazile, RN, Director of Nursing, along with Rachel Matherne, Activity Director at Chateau St. James Nursing Facility in Lutcher, Louisiana, with several boxes of adult personal items.
