Twenty-third Judicial District Attorney Ricky Babin’s office reports that on August 30, 2022, 30year-old Quannae Clark (502 North Ezidore Street, Gramercy) pled guilty to Manslaughter in connection with the 2019 shooting death of 22-year-old Destin Smith, who was also of Gramercy.
