Lutcher Police Department Brings On Volunteer To Improve Public Relations

At the end of Tuesday’s Lutcher Town meeting, Lutcher Police Chief Dwan Bowser asked the Board of Aldermen to waive the agenda to allow him to bring on a volunteer to help his Department and improve the Department’s public image and relationship with the public.
