Thank the Lord the railroad track at David Drive in Lutcher has been repaired. Last week Canadian National (CN) rail workers were on scene making repairs to the track, which had become a hazard to vehicles traveling over the track. Thank You CN!

Lutcher and St. James High Schools are no doubt very nice schools, but a building’s aesthetics really do not mean much in times of emergency.
The St. James Parish School Board met Tuesday and students who made a perfect score in a subject found on the LEAP test were honored, and the Board recognized and thanked State Representative Ken Brass for delivering $300,000 in funding used for the District’s intern program, cosemotology program, and to implement a broadcast media studio at St. James High.
